CONTEXT
The role leads digital & brand Marketing and Sales integration portfolio for Star Plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital:
- To create engaging social media campaigns for the shows through character building in coordination with creative agencies
- To ensure engagement and build on sustenance campaigns for shows
- Collaborate with creative agencies on identifying new technology mediums and trends on digital platforms
Brand:
- To ensure Star Plus has complete ownership pf key apertures throughout the year- Mother’s Day, Teachers Day, Valentine’s Day etc.
- To create customized campaigns that have a unique point of view and amplify the same on the channel
Sales integration/ Brand Solutions:
- To collaborate with Sales teams to ensure brand integrations without compromising on the show and character’s integrity
- To collaborate with the Content team and work on the script and episode integration
- To ensure integration guardrails are adhered to
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Show ratings- Launch TVR
- Consumer engagement on digital campaigns
- Cost vs impact management
QUALIFICATION
- MBA
- 6 -8 years of digital marketing and/or brand experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong understanding of the OTT transactional business
- Ability to be proactive, prioritize multiple important projects and work independently
- Proven ability to work extremely well with and influence teams • Flexibility, ability to work under tight timelines
