As an HR Business partner, you can typically expect assignments in recruiting, training, organization design, employee services, and benefits administration while managing the employee life cycle through engagement interventions and a keen eye on identifying and managing high potential talent. As you gain more experience the scope and complexity of assignments gets bigger.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a responsible & strategic business partner and ensure HR support towards meeting overall business goals
• Coach and develop leaders to deliver people management capabilities while providing organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions
• Partners with HR COEs to drive regular HR processes as well implement effective, targeted & bespoke business-oriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges
• Partner with HR Operations to deliver effective and seamless day to day management of employee lifecycle
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Delivery on the people agenda for the year
• HR metrics that will be set along with Goals for the year
QUALIFICATION
• MBA in HR
• Preferred minimum 2-4 years experience as an HRBP/ COE experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders across levels
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous setup
• Excellent communication, analytical skills and strong influencing skills PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
