POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ideate and create innovative non-FCT opportunities like branded content, In-Content brand integrations and other creative solutions like leveraging the popular characters built by TV for brands and ensure achievement of the revenue goals of the business
- Work closely with brand managers, Marketing managers and agency partners to co create solves that will help the brand achieve its goals and in turn help us achieve our revenue goals
- Work with creative and production teams in ideation and execution along with the ability to lead the sales pitches along with the brand solutions sales team
- Imbibe a deeper understanding of Disney Star regional channel’s offerings. Liaison closely with the Programming teams to understanding programming content and brand guidelines permitting integration of brand solution elements
- Plan and deliver on the annual revenue target for brand solutions team through providing innovative clutter breaking solutions to advertisers
- Mentoring and grooming talent within the team by identifying learning opportunities, recognizing, and rewarding high performance
- Build a shared culture of innovation and execution excellence to drive business growth
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

- Internal stakeholders – Ad sales, Channel PRS, Brand Solutions PRS, Programming, Operations
- External stakeholders – Clients, Media & Creative agencies
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Achievement of assigned revenue targets
- Developing strong client and agency partnerships
- Innovating on newer avenues of monetizing TV content
- Team management, coaching and mentoring
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Qualification: MBA
- Total 15-18 years of experience
- Senior Client servicing lead roles in full-service ad agencies with experience in managing the client/Creative services is preferable
- Candidates with similar experience in leading brand solution sales in Media or Brand Management is preferable
