Ajay Devgn to Host ‘Gumrah 3’ on Channel V

23 August 2013

Actor Ajay Devgn is all set to host youth show “Gumrah 3” as part of a promotional strategy for his upcoming release “Satyagraha.”

Devgn, 44, will be joined by the show’s original anchor Karan Kundra on the Aug. 25 episode of the Channel V show.

“He (Ajay) is very down-to-earth and never makes you feel that he’s a superstar. The experience was really nice and I had an amazing time shooting with him,” said Kundra.

Television has always been a desired platform for Bollywood to connect with its audience, and the “Singham” star is also leaving no stone unturned to promote Prakash Jha’s socio-political drama.

“Satyagraha” is a multi-starrer project featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpayee, Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Rao.

The film is set to hit theaters Aug. 30.
