With the Hero Indian Super League (ISL) kicking off on 12 October, joint venture partners IMG Reliance and Star India are busy closing sponsorship and partnership deals.
Star India has bagged the broadcasts rights from International Hockey Federation (FIH) in an eight-year deal.
Kevin Vaz, Head – English channels, Star India said, “Indian audiences have continually expressed a preference for action movies. Star Movies Action was conceptualized and launched with this as a driving factor. We have scheduled some of the biggest action premieres of 2013and which is just a preview to the 2014 line-up.”
Ajit Thakur, Channel Head – Life OK said, “Partnering with a prestigious brand like Screen has been a big move for the channel and the 20th Annual Life OK Screen Awards is an important step for us. ”
