Kickstart the New Year with some family fun!

Amongst the numerous changes in life, the one thing that’s constant is our family. Movies OK gives you an opportunity to celebrate the start of the new year with a unique movie extravaganza on family relationships and moments that make their lives memorable. Tedi Medi family, the two week long movie festival, starting 11th January at 2:00 PM will showcase some of the most heart warming films, best enjoyed with one’s family.
The festival will kick off with the superhit real-reel life couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwayra Rai Bachchan’s ‘Dhai Akshar Prem Ke’, followed by Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s romantic love story ‘2 States’.  Next up is Akshay Kumar’s blockbuster ‘Patiala House’, a beautiful story of a son’s desire to chase his dream without hurting the feelings of his father.  Retro rom-com ‘Action Replayy’ and the action-packed ‘Meri Jung’ will follow suit.
The second week will begin with Salman’s poignant love story ‘Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya’ along with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Arjun Rampal’s ‘Dil Ka Rishta’, followed by the Dhak- Dhak girl Madhuri’s ‘Beta’. The festival will culminate with thought provoking ‘Kya Kehna’ and Rishi & Neetu Kapoor starrer comedy-drama ‘Do Dooni Chaar’.

STAR Sports to invest Rs 100 cr in hockey league

Nitin Kukreja, head of sports business, says, “This time we will be airing 24 matches in the prime time band at 8 pm. This is a learning from the previous season. Also, we had added some new features in the live telecast that should make for better and more interesting viewing.”
