19 October 2016

“You can run. You can hide. But you can never escape” This underlying theme rings true in the second installment of the film Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials. Based on a bestselling novel by director Wes Ball, the film is a story of escaping the maze and surviving in the midst of a post-apocalyptic world infected by the deadly flare virus. The film will premiere on Indian television on 23rd October at 1pm and 9pm on Star Movies.
Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials is a sequel to the blockbuster hit of 2014 starring Dylan O’Brien, Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Kaya Scodelario. This fast paced thriller took over the box office with massive earnings. Dylan O’Brien & Thomas Brodie-Sangster went on to win the Teen Choice Awards 2016 in different categories.
With questions left unanswered, the film shows the Gladers battling a number of dangerous obstacles in the bleak landscape known as the Scorch while trying to search for clues about the mysterious organization WCKD.

Star Movies once again brings forth a visual spectacle through the blockbuster premiere of Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials on Sunday, 23rd October at 1PM & 9PM on Star Movies
