Star GOLD Presents KICK START with Salman Khan

National, 23rd July 2014: Star GOLD has taken its association with Superstar Salman Khan a step further with Kick Start; a star studded extravaganza featuring Salman Khan and a galaxy of Bollywood stars. ‘KICK Start’ is a unique event conceptualized and created exclusively for Star Gold to celebrate the release of Kick in theatres.  

Watch superstar Salman Khan, along with his co-stars Jacqueline Fernandes and Nargis Fakhri set the stage on fire with their splendid performances on stage. The non-stop fiesta will also include actors Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor along with Mika and Himesh adding in to the entertainment quotient with their fun-filled performances.

Apart from the event, the celebrations continue with a weeklong movie fest with a special line-up of blockbuster movies starring the superstar during the prime-time slot at 8pm everyday. The line-up comprises of movies such as Dabangg, Jai Ho, Garv, Ready and Wanted.

Star India and Zee TV say the focus on making the stories relevant to today's generation has led to the success. "Vyasa wrote the Mahabharat after the Vedas, to convey the same message as the Vedas but through a story," says Star India's programming head Danish Khan.
