KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To act as the custodian for the Hindi Movie Channels. He/She will be a Solutions Provider & his/her insight shall guide the channel teams in the areas of:
- Audience Management
- Content Strategy
- Marketing & Communications
- Audience Management: To ensure constant engagement with audiences & helping the channel teams gauge the pulse of the TV viewer through –
- Track and analyze weekly and long-term viewership patterns to identify trends to help grow the channel
- Macro & Micro Analysis as per business requirement
- Use of BARC as well as other data sources to have a 360-degree view of the genre
- Track closure of actionable with relevant stakeholders and carry out post-evaluation
- Content Strategy: To ensure the content teams are in sync with the current consumer
- Help Product Managers in developing optimal Sscheduling, Inventory & Break Strategies
- Marketing & Communications: Constant sharing of Audience Insights & inputs into Overall Brand Strategy
- Inputs into Media Planning & Buying, Market Prioritization, Communication Strategy (On-Air & Off-Air) for sustenance as well as impact properties throughout the year
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Since the role has direct influence on Business, the performance measures will be directly linked to channel performance – Viewership & Revenue.
QUALIFICATION
- Up to 7-10 years of experience overall
- Strong knowledge of Excel & Power-point
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, media or strategy
- Preferably, knowledge of BARC terminology and software
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Strong Relationships Management skills
- Advance knowledge of Office Automations
- Basic understanding Market Research and Data Analytics techniques
